I love the art of Katou Hiroyuki and Gotou Keisuke, especially the concept art the did for Lennus and Lennus 2. So, I've been actively trying to gank their techniques. This is a sort-of-copy of a background detail from a piece I particularly like. I was trying to get the same floaty-crystal-flower effect.
