Gaiking

I've always had trouble drawing mecha, and as a diehard giant robot fan, that never sat well with me. Then I got to thinking, is it really that I can't draw mecha, or is it that I can't draw someone else's mecha? So I decided to try an experiment- draw a robot, keep the identifying features, but make no attempt whatsoever to copy the art style. The subject is Gaiking, since I just finished watching it.

I may have taken a few too many artistic liberties.
